Yes, in most cases. The BUS grant + 0% VAT is the standard combination for heat pumps and saves £9,300-£10,300 total. ECO4 and BUS cannot be combined on the same installation. Local council top-ups usually stack with BUS. Always ask installers what they'll claim on your behalf.
